Submissions

Sib Stories, LLC. has my permission to use my submitted stories, photos and associated captions publically to promote Sib Stories and to display or reproduce my submissions on the Sib Stories site or in future publications. I understand that my submissions may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media, at Sib Stories’ option. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

In exchange for Sib Stories publishing my submitted stories, photos and associated captions, I assign to Sib Stories all right, title, and interest in the submissions and any copyrights and/or trademarks that may arise and/or may be granted with respect to those submissions, including any derivative creation from the submitted information. I hereby waive any claims under any theory of right of privacy, right of publicity or droits moral I may have in connection with the submissions.

I agree to hold Sib Stories harmless and release it and its owners, employees, agents, and licensees from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I may have by reason of my sharing of any stories, photos or information with Sib Stories.

 

Privacy Policy

When you sign up to Sib Stories, LLC., submit a story, photo or caption, or otherwise interact with our website you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, photo, comments, likes, and any other information you provide us. We use this information to make Sib Stories a better and more engaging online community. By using our website you authorize us to transfer and store your information. You also consent to the sharing of your information with third parties (e.g., online advertisers). We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use Sib Stories after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
